Seller Master Agreement

1. Price Integrity & Intent Protection

The Seller agrees that once a Buyer has signaled intent by "blocking" a design, the price breakdown (snapshot) provided at the time of the block is binding for the 48-hour intent window. Sellers shall not attempt to revise margins or making charges during this period.

2. Anti-Bypass Protocol

Sellers agree to facilitate all initial discovery interactions and appointments through the Heavy Drops infrastructure. Attempting to bypass the platform by directing buyers to private communication channels before a verified appointment outcome is recorded is grounds for immediate network suspension.

3. Liability & Authenticity

The Seller acknowledges full liability for the authenticity, purity (karatage), and quality of the jewellery products displayed. Heavy Drops is purely a technical intermediary and assumes no product liability.

4. Appointment Commitment

Sellers agree to honor confirmed appointments. Systematic no-shows or lack of readiness for showroom visits will result in a trust score reduction and potential removal from the curated partner network.
