1. Platform Role & Identity
Heavy Drops is a high-intent discovery and appointment infrastructure. We provide the digital tools for buyers to signal intent and schedule physical showroom visits.
IMPORTANT: Heavy Drops is NOT a jewellery seller, reseller, or retailer. We do not take title to any jewellery, nor do we act as a guarantor for any transaction, product quality, or purity.
2. Seller Responsibilities
All jewellery designs displayed on the platform are provided by third-party verified sellers ("Jewellers"). The Seller is solely responsible for:
- Accuracy of product information (Weight, Category, Purity).
- Adherence to live gold rate snapshots.
- Physical product quality and authenticity.
- Completion of the sales transaction during the store visit.
3. Appointment facilitated Infrastructure
Appointments booked via Heavy Drops are intended to facilitate physical discovery. The platform is not liable for seller performance, no-shows, or the outcome of physical visits. Physical try-ons are required before any purchase; digital "try-ons" are visual aids only.
4. Intent Signals
Signaling intent (blocking a design) involves a non-withdrawable service fee. This fee is for the reservation service and does not constitute a partial payment for the jewellery itself.
